Do you like to be Happy?

Great news! You’ve found the Family Connections Experiment!

This is not your typical scientific experiment. It’s an experiment for you to measure your happiness while intentionally connecting with family past and present. 

Evidence suggests that those who have more connection in their lives live longer, are more resilient, deal with stress better and are even more happy.

Here’s how it works…

First, select “Count Me In” to join the experiment.  Enhance your experience by entering your email to receive our how to guide.  Be sure to check your inbox for your new How-to Guide full of resources for you and your family.  Each month there will be a fun new theme and loads of new tools for connecting.  Each theme includes 21 daily prompts for fun and easy connection ideas. You’ll also get a survey to help test our theory and gauge your progress.  Best of all, everything’s always free. Thanks to our awesome community!

So next, be sure to connect with the community. Invite friends and family to participate with you.  Connect with us on social media and even contribute your own ideas to the project.  We’re always building.

Don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes a day to boost your mood, connect with your family, and experience more happiness. You’ll probably find that you’re already doing it. We’re just here to help you record your experience, be more intentional, and expand your horizon.
