A 21 day experiment exploring the benefits
of daily connections with
family past & present
It started during the world-wide pandemic by a group of family historians. They collaborated and decided to measure the psychological benefits of increasing family connections during times of crisis, stress, or even personal struggles. Introducing a 21 Day Family Connections Experiment, a family history project inviting you to increase your connections with family past and present for a consecutive 21 days. Measuring the results with both a pre-experiment and post-experiment survey. Join now with the thousands who have participated and benefited from this experiment, so that you too can experience the benefits! Learn more on the About page.

We’ll be running another group experiment in October for Family History Month! We hope you’ll join us!
Help us reach our goal of 5,000 completed participants!
We invite YOU to join with this community, engaging in 21-days of increased family connections through family history activities. We also encourage you to participate in our brief survey in order to help us collect more evidence of the power of those connections.
In all of us there is a hunger, marrow deep, to know our heritage – to know who we are and where we have come from.
